Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to modify or set aside U.S. Magistrate Judge Shields’ Order granting Plaintiffs permission to communicate with putative class members and denying Defendants motion to restrict the same. Plaintiffs filed their Objections to Magistrate Judge’s Order and Request for Stay on the same day that Magistrate Judge Shields filed his Order, September 22, 2000.
