ORDER SUSTAINING DEBTORS’ OBJECTION TO PROOF OF CLAIM FILED BY KOVA FERTILIZER, INC.

This case is before the Court on the objection of the Debtors, H. Trent Boudi-not and Tonia S. Boudinot (“Debtors”), to a proof of claim filed by KOVA Fertilizer, Inc. (“KOVA”). KOVA has filed a memorandum in opposition to the Debtors’ objection, and supplemental memoranda were filed by the parties at the Court’s request.
