Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, brought the 2007 Action against defendant attorneys and their firm, asserting claims of legal *494malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty in their representation of her in an arbitration against a former employer. That arbitration concluded on December 4, 2004 with a decision adverse to plaintiff. Plaintiff commenced the 2007 Action by filing a summons with notice on November 19, 2007, just under a month before the expiration of the applicable three-year statute of limitations (see CPLR 214 [6]).
