OPINION

RANDALL, Judge.

This is an appeal on a writ of certiorari from the decision of a school board to place relator on unrequested leave of absence. We affirm.

FACTS

Relator, Gladys Brown, was a full time elementary education teacher during the 1987-88 school year. At the end of this *82school year, she was placed on unrequested leave of absence (ULA) by respondent school board of Independent School District No. 318 (District).
