This suit was instituted by D. C. Giddings, in his own behalf, as executor of the estate of D. C. Giddings, deceased, and as next friend and trustee for Mabel, Marion, and Lillian Wilkins, minors, against Joseph Frick and A. F. Sundermeyer, for title to 55.1 acres of land situated in Harris county, Tex.
