Upon the plaintiff, Louise Ische, (hereinafter called the “appellant”) commencing this action on Novem•ber 1, 1945, against the defendant, Gordon Ische, (hereinafter called the “respondent”) for a divorce from bed and board, and the award of alimony, division of estate, and the award to her of the custody of their minor son, with sufficient money for his support and maintenance, she alleged in her complaint in this action (so far as here material) the following matters:
