Defendant appeals from an. order granting plaintiff temporary alimony, attorney’s fees, court costs, and other relief in her action for divorce and permanent alimony.

The parties were married in Reno, Nevada, on May 3, 1947. They moved to California in 1950, and plaintiff is still domiciled in this state. Defendant left their home on April 6, 1957, announcing his intention to go' to Reno, obtain a divorce, and return in about six weeks.
