•The plaintiff brings to this court an exception to an order sustaining a demurrer to a complaint in an action of covenant. The case arises under a lease made between the defendants, as lessors, and the plaintiff, as lessee, of an undivided interest in the land of Holualoa, North Kona, Hawaii, for the term of thirty years from September 1, 1894. This lease has furnished the subject of much litigation. See Pilipo v. Scott, ante p. 26.
