ROSS, Circuit Judge.
This case was three times before the Supreme Court of the territory of Hawaii, to review the judgment (rendered June 27, 1918) in the last one of which the present writ of error was sued out.
[1] The motion filed by the defendant in error since the submission of the case, that the writ of error be dismissed, based on the contention that the judgment was not final, is denied. The judgment brought up for review reversed that of the circuit court, with directions to render one for specific sums of money, and was final in the strictest sense of that term.
