Appeal from special term, Kings county. Action by Esther Hayes against St. Mary’s Lodging House to recover money alleged to have been loaned by plaintiff to defendant. Plaintiff’s motion for bill of particulars was granted, and defendant appeals.

This is an appeal from an order directing the defendant to serve a bill of particulars. The action is brought for the recovery of the sum of $3,000, alleged to be due the plaintiff on account of two loans made to the defendant.
