This is an original proceeding in this court. By it the State Land Board, and the individual members thereof, as plaintiffs, seek, by mandamus, to compel the defendant State Auditor to issue a warrant upon the Treasurer of the state in favor of the State Land Board in the sum of $20,000, to *215be used as a first payment on an investment of $110,000 in bonds of tbe town of Orem, located in Utah county.
