Plaintiffs and defendant both appeal as of right a judgment ordering reformation of a usurious land contract. Plaintiffs also appeal an order denying their motion for costs and attorney fees. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

On September 12, 1983, plaintiffs and defendant entered into a land contract under which plaintiffs agreed to sell a house and certain real property to defendant for $15,000, to be paid at the rate of $165.16 a month for twenty years.
