Introduction
Roberds, Inc. (Roberds), the Debtor and Debtor in Possession, in this chapter 11 case has filed over 250 adversary proceedings attempting to recover transfers which are allegedly preferential under provisions of either the Bankruptcy Code, a separate Ohio statute, or both.
