MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

Ramiro Hernandez petitions this Court under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a writ of habeas corpus. Following a jury trial, Hernandez was convicted of murder and armed violence.
