I. INTRODUCTION
On September 29, 2004, Marlayna Tillman (“plaintiff’), an African-American female, filed the present action against The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (“Pepsi”) and Teamsters Local Union 830 (“the Union”) (collectively, “defendants”).
