It is apparent from the provisions of the testator’s will that it was his controlling purpose, in the disposition which he made of his estate, to treat with such perfect equality and impartiality as the circumstances would permit his five sons and only children, and upon the death of each of them to substitute for him in this scheme of equal benefaction those whom the testator conceived to be the proper persons to stand for and represent the deceased as being of or belonging to his stock.
