These are appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court which vacated an order of distribution made by the Court of Probate for the district of Norwich under the will of Henry B. Norton, and which directed a distribution of a certain portion of the estate in a manner different from that decreed by the Court of Probate. Henry B. Norton died in 1891, leaving a will, executed in 1884, with two codicils made respectively in 1887 and 1889. In the will he first gave to his wife for her life the homestead he had occupied and to her, absolutely, its furnishings and accessories. He then gave “all the…
