OPINION
QUIST, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Roskam Baking Company (“Roskam”), has sued Defendants, Lanham Machinery Company, Inc., APV Consolidated, Inc., and APV Baker Company, Inc. (collectively “APV” or “Defendants”), alleging breach of contract and negligence. This Court has diversity jurisdiction over Plaintiffs claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
