OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant-defendant, Horst Karl, appeals the trial court’s order setting aside a jury verdict for the appellee-plaintiff, Bridgett Stein, and granting her a new trial to determine the proper amount of damages.

Upon appeal, Karl presents three issues which we restate as follows:(1) Whether the trial court entered adequate findings under Ind.Trial Rule 59(J); and(2) Whether the trial court abused its discretion by granting Stein’s motion to correct error and ordering a new trial upon the issue of damages.
