The defendant, Eleanor C. Lindemann, individually and as personal representative of the Rudolph Lindemann estate, appeals from an Amended Judgment on Verdict entered by the District Court of Mercer County on July 21,1982, by which the court entered a partial judgment rescinding a partition agreement, dated March 20, 1979.
