SAM D. JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:
Following the district court’s enforcement of a supplemental labor arbitration award, the Union moved for attorneys’ fees incurred in obtaining enforcement of the award. The district court held that the company’s professed reasons for its refusal to abide by the award, although meritless, were not asserted “without justification,” and consequently refused to award attorneys’ fees.
