Defendants Visa U.S.A. Inc. and Visa International Service Association (“Visa”), and MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International Incorporated (“MasterCard”) move this Court to preclude certain of Plaintiffs’ Discover Financial Services, DFS Services, LLC, and Discover Bank (“Discover”) expert opinion testimony on the ground that these experts have not offered a reliable basis upon which to opine that Discovers failure to use third-party acquirers was caused by the issuing restrictions as opposed to unchallenged, lawful conduct.
