On October 30, 1981, Joseph and Stephen Spector, individually and as General Partners in Spector Wholesale Company (hereinafter, the Debtors), each filed a separate petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq.
