This writ of error was sued out to review a judgment of the district court in favor of the plaintiffs, who are defendants in error here. The action was one to quiet title. The complaint was in the usual form. The answer consisted of five numbered paragraphs. The plaintiffs seem to insist that each of these paragraphs was a separate answer, while the defendant contends that they all constitute one answer. It is unnecessary to determine this.
