Michael Shane Bargo, Jr., appeals his first-degree murder conviction and sentence of death for the killing of Seath Jackson. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed below, we affirm Bargo’s conviction but vacate the death sentence and remand for a new penalty phase based on the United States Supreme Court’s opinion in Hurst v. Florida (Hurst v. Florida),
