Gulf Island IV is the owner of the vessel L/B GULF ISLAND IV. Blue Streak Marine, Inc., is the vessel’s operator. Each appeal the district court’s order granting summary judgment to Employers Insurance of Wausau and to Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London. These insurance companies denied coverage for loss of use of, and unpaid property damage to, the GULF ISLAND IV after it capsized in the Gulf of Mexico.
