MEMORANDUM DECISION

MARSHALL, District Judge.

This is an action for de novo review of a decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board holding in an opposition proceeding, inter alia, that there was no likelihood of confusion between the plaintiff’s registered trademark and the mark the defendant wishes to register. Standard Pressed Steel Co. v. Midwest Chrome Process Co., 183 U.S.P.Q. 758 (TT&AB 1974). The plaintiff’s complaint also contains five additional counts, two of which arise under the Trademark Act, and the remainder under the laws of Illinois. The parties have filed cross-motions…
