By order to show cause dated December 6, 1990, the plaintiff moved, in part, for an order, pursuant to section 76 (5) of the Lien Law, directing the defendants to serve a verified statement setting forth the entries with respect to the books and records maintained by the defendants for the Lien Law trusts, established by law, for certain improvements to real property described in the complaint.
