This cause came on for hearing on the “Trustee’s Application for Approval of Amended Settlement Agreement and for Authorization of Payment of Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Expenses” as further amended October 2, 1985, (the “Trustee’s Application”). The issue was whether this Court should approve the settlement offered by McDonalds of the claims and judgment for $52,000,000 won against it by debtor in a case long pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
