This action, here on certiorari to the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, originated in the District Court of Maryland when the respondent and sublessor, Acme Markets, Inc., filed its statement of claim, which was designated as “an action of Contract-Landlord/Tenant,” against the petitioner and sublessee, Greenbelt Consumer Services, Inc.
