This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Haile, J.), filed December 17, 1969, enjoining the appellants, The Swarthmore Company (Swarthmore) and Cities Service Oil Company (Citgo), from using a one and one-half acre lot with improvements located on the northwest corner of Goucher Boulevard and Putty Hill Road in the Ninth Election District of Baltimore County (Subject Property) as an automotive service station.
