This appeal involves Alan Bolden’s contention that the circuit court erred in denying his Rule 29.15 1 motion for postcon-viction relief. We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction because no final judgment has been entered by the circuit court.

Factual and Procedural History

Bolden was convicted by a jury of assault in the first degree, § 565.050, 2 and armed criminal action, § 571.015. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of thirty years for assault and ninety years for armed criminal action, for a total sentence of 120 years. His convictions and sentences were…
