This case presents a commercial dispute arising from a contract for the sale of window parts. Plaintiff-Appellant Thompson I.G., LLC (“Thompson”) is a Michigan company that manufactures windows. Thompson bought foam “spacers” from Defendant-Appellee Edgetech I.G., Iric. (“Edgetech”), an Ohio corporation, for use in its windows.
