Anna Fuller Wilson, the petitioner for the construction of the will of Marcus H. Wadleigh, deceased, was his surviving wife and sole heir at law. Subsequent to his death she became the wife of Harry B. Wilson. Dr. Ralph H. Dixon was designated in Wadleigh’s will as the executor thereof, and he was duly appointed and acted as such executor until his death. Thereupon Anna Fuller Wilson was appointed and qualified as the administratrix de bonis non with the will annexed; and as such administratrix she filed a petition for the construction of the will and subsequently appealed from the judgment…
