MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This action came on for trial before the court on March 26th through the 29th, 1990 with the undersigned Magistrate presiding by consent of the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). The plaintiff filed this action, based on negligence, strict liability, and misrepresentation, seeking recovery of property damage resulting from a fire at her residence which was allegedly caused by a portable electric heater manufactured by the defendant.
