MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Margaret Sherman and Richard Sherman (collectively referred to as the “Plaintiffs”) have filed suit with this Court, bringing nine separate causes of action 1 against, among other defendants, Shangli Jin Xin Export Fireworks Factory (“Shangli”); Winco Fireworks, Inc. and Winco Fireworks International, LLC (collectively referred to as “Winco”); and Shiu Fung Fireworks Co.
