Richard Pries (Claimant) appeals from the Order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) suspending workers’ compensation benefits to Claimant and reversing the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ), who had dismissed a suspension petition filed by Verizon Pennsylvania (Employer). At issue is whether Claimant is entitled to workers’ compensation disability benefits following his retirement from Employer.
