JACOBS, District Judge.

Tbis case comes before tbe court on a motion to suppress evidence. Tbe facts are as follows:

Narcotic Agent Patterson received information from a Chinaman in California to tbe effect that smoking opium was being shipped into Arizona to a Chinaman living in tbe rear of 136 South Granite street, Prescott, Ariz., and being there distributed. Tbe information was purely hearsay, and tbe *358narcotic agent had no personal knowledge of any of these facts.
