WASHINGTON, Circuit Judge.
Michael Contee, Jr., was charged under three indictments with armed rob*326bery, under Sections 2901 and 3202, Title 22, District of Columbia Code (1951). After a trial by jury in the United States District Court he was found guilty and sentenced. These appeals followed.
