TOOMEY, Judge:

¶1 Tom Bames appeals from a stalking injunction issued against him, arguing that the underlying events did not meet the statutory requirements for stalking. We affirm.

BACKGROUND 1

¶2 In September 2013, a property owner leased approximately forty acres in Tooele County, Utah, to Tim Carson, an owner and principal of TCM Bertha LLC (Bertha).
