Nellie Trainor was the owner of a 61-acre farm in Laona township in Winnebago county, Illinois, and on June 5, 1922, she, together with her husband, George Trainor, executed two promissory notes, one for the sum of $4,500 and one for $135 and secured the same by two trust deeds to one E. C. Stokburger. On the 9th day of September, 1922, the National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut, insured the said Nellie Trainor against loss or damage by fire to the amount of $1,000 on a two-story frame dwelling house on said farm,…
