A. Judson Alton and First State Bank & Trust Company of Canton, Illinois, appellees, filed their bill in chancery to compel the American Insurance Co. of Newark, New Jersey, one of the appellants, to pay the amount named in a fire insurance policy to them as their interests might appear. The cause was referred to the master in chancery whose report recommended that the bill be dismissed for want of equity.
