Pending before the Court is the motion of defendant BodyLines, Inc., d/b/a Curves (“BodyLines” or “defendant”) to dismiss the complaint of plaintiff Opals on Ice Lingerie, Designs by Bernadette, Inc. (“Opals” or “plaintiff’) under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) or, in the alternative, for a more definite statement under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(e). In its complaint, plaintiff asserts a claim for equitable relief pursuant to Fed.
