This case raises the question whether the Massachusetts “Pharmacy Freedom of Choice — Any Willing Provider Act,” Mass. Gen.Laws ch. 176D, § 3B, is preempted by the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461.
