OPINION

LANKFORD, Judge.

¶ 1 William A. Curtis appeals from the superior court’s judgment affirming the denial of a real estate salesperson’s license. The issues are: (1) Did the superior court improperly deny a change of venue? (2) Did the superior court improperly deny Curtis an evidentiary hearing? (3) Did the superior court err by affirming the Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) refusal to change venue?
