This appeal is a sequel to the case of Aldridge & Stroud, Inc. v. American-Canadian Oil & Drilling Corp., 235 Ark. 8, 357 S. W. 2d 8, and reference is made to such former opinion for certain of the basic facts involved in this appeal. Upon the remand required by that decision, Ur. D. D.
