Appellant Clifford Allen appeals the summary judgment order entered against him in his suit against appellees Muriel Allison, Pat Merry, George Fitzsimmons, and Gray & Ritter, P.C., seeking damages for civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, outrage, fraud, and breach of warranty. In addition, Allen appeals a ruling by the trial court that the Arkansas Model Rules of Professional Conduct are inadmissible in this action.
