DANAHER, Circuit Judge.

A jury’s verdict established appellee’s claim to damages as compensation for injuries due to a fall in the appellant’s store. Appellant argues that the District Court erred in its failure to direct a verdict in favor of the appellant or, at least, in its denial of appellant’s motion for judgment n. o. v.
