The object of the bill is to enforce an equitable assignment of two policies of insurance on the life of Isaac J. Gilkey, deceased, one issued by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for $96 and the. other by the Economic Insurance Company of America for $225. After the issuance of the latter policy, the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company assumed the obligations arising thereunder.
