SPROUSE, Circuit Judge:

Thomas and Brenda Bradley appeal from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of their former employer, the Colonial Mental Health and Retardation Services Board (the Board), in their 42 U.S. C. § 1983 action alleging wrongful discharge in violation of the due process clause of the fourteenth amendment. The Board terminated the Bradleys’ employment as mental health workers1 after concluding they had abused three female clients.
